NEWSLETTER LINKS!- All-school newsletters are usually sent out in a Remind, but if you deleted or can't find the text or don't remember the login to your Remind account, you may find newsletters here in chronological order.
Required forms for the start of school
The following forms are required within the first week of school:
Student Health Form and Immunizations- Please have your physician/ medical professional fill out the Student Health Form prior to school. Rising K and 7th graders require specific immunization documents submitted by the 30th day of school. Please see your health care professional or visit the immunizations website for more information. Your doctor can fax records to 252-453-3154.
Student Information Sheet- Please fill one form PER CHILD and submit within the first week of school.
Currituck County Library Card Application. New students will need to submit one of these forms before the initial library class on the first Wednesday of the academic year.
Educational Leave of Absence Form. If you plan to pull your child from school for an experience that will provide educational value, please submit this to your student's homeroom teacher at least one week in advance for absences of less than five school days, or to the Board of Directors at least two weeks in advance for absences of five school days or more.
Generic Field Trip Form (PDF) - destination-specific forms will be sent home in email and/or folders.
